Construction of Remaining and Additional Works of Marimay Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in CAR under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project

The National Irrigation Administration, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), General Appropriations Act (GAA) - 2015 (Fund 501) & 2022 (Fund 501) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty One Million Four Hundred Eleven Thousand One Hundred Forty Four and  52/100 Pesos (Php241,411,144.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Remaining and Additional Works of Marimay Earthfill Dam and its Appurtenant Structures in CAR under Small Reservoir Irrigation Project, Invitation to Bid No. CAR-MSRIPD-C-18RW. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
