- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) Continuing Budget for FY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 4,704,120.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Testing of Network Expansion Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
- The NIA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Ninety (90) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contracts shall refer to Supply and Delivery of Network Equipment. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
