- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for 2019 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Two Thousand Two Hundred Eight and 88/100 Pesos (P2,702,208.88) inclusive of 12% VAT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract No. BS-007-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
