- The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for 2019 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Twenty Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Pesos & 85/100 (Php 27,122,940.85) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract No. BS-010-19-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
