Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze/ evaluate compliance by Central Office/Regional/Project personnel to established systems, procedures and guidelines on employee benefits/welfare;
- Audit leave card/s of retiring CO employees;
- Prepare reports on claims on benefits for review of Immediate Supervisor;
- Check processed papers/documents involving transactions on benefits including supporting documents;
- Conduct researches as basis of formulating policies on benefits;
- Perform other related functions.
