Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process/and update leave applications of personnel under the Office of the Administrator, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance, and Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations;
- Process and update Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) of personnel under the Office of the Administrator, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance; and Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations;
- Audit leave cards of resigned and transferred CO employees;
- Prepare reports on claim for benefits for review of IRM Officer;
- Prepare non-routine communications;
- Tabulate/compile reports submitted by field offices;
- Perform other related functions.
