Duties & Responsibilities: 
 
  1. Process/and update leave applications of personnel under the Office of the Administrator, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance, and Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations;
  2. Process and update Compensatory Overtime Credits (COC) of personnel under the Office of the Administrator, Deputy Administrator for Administrative and Finance;  and Deputy Administrator for Engineering and Operations;
  3. Audit leave cards of resigned and transferred CO employees;
  4. Prepare reports on claim for benefits for review of IRM Officer;
  5. Prepare non-routine communications;
  6. Tabulate/compile reports submitted by field offices;
  7. Perform other related functions.
