Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase II of Enhanced Farmland Geographic Infomation System (FGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development)

The National Irrigation Administration (NIA), through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for 2020 intends to apply the sum of Forty Nine Million Seven Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos and 50/100 (Php 49,748,520.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase II of enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (FGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The NIA now invites bids for Procurement of Service Provider for the Phase II of enhanced Farmland Geographic Information System (FGIS Digitization of Parcellary Maps and Farmland Database Development) Delivery of the Goods is required  One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. For this purpose, similar contract shall refer to Procurement of Service Provider for Software Development.
