Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed review of technical specifications, terms and conditions and other bid documents for all civil works, supply contracts, metal works and construction materials subject to domestic and international public bidding;
- Review of bid documents for all civil works, rental and supply contract subject to local minor tendering that are submitted by the different field offices for the approval of Central Office;
- Supervise the activities in the preparation of bid documents for civil works and supply contract procured through domestic competitive bidding;
- Attend pre-bidding conference and prepare supplemental notices;
- Prepare correspondence to different prospective bidder and other government agency and financing institution in relation to specification works;
- Conduct field inspection to gather pertinent data needed in the preparation of bidding documents and technical specifications;
- Perform other related functions.
