Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review all ROW documents (project Valuation Report, Deed of Sale, Donation, Quit Claim, etc.) of all SRIP Projects;
- Facilitate the settlement of ROW for land and improvement damages;
- Conduct periodic site inspection to ensure proper ROW Acquisitions;
- Check and review the monthly activities and accomplishments of ROW Acquisitions;
- Perform other functions related to the implementation of the projects.
