Duties & Responsibilities: 
  1. Guide / advise lower-level personnel on more effective methods and techniques in personnel transaction works;
  2. Review interpretation of applicable rules, regulations and opinions regarding personnel; on matters such as those involving appointment, promotion, protest, and other related works;
  3. Review initial evaluation / analysis conducted on the appointment, promotion, transfer, deployment, protest, complaints, queries, etc.;
  4. Prepare reports, memoranda and official communications of complicated nature involving research and interpretation of procedures and guidelines;
  5. Conduct survey, study, research for basis of formulating policies, as well as to improve current personnel trends;
  6. Review personnel policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and preparation of handouts / lectures / materials / manuals;
  7. Perform other related functions.
