Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guide/Advise lower-level personnel on more effective methods and techniques in personnel transaction works in relation to training and career development;
- Review interpretation of applicable rules, regulations opinions regarding personnel on matters involving training and career development;
- Review evaluation/analysis on candidates’ qualifications for training;
- Prepare reports, memoranda and official communications of complicated nature involving research and interpretation of procedures and guidelines on training and career development;
- Conduct survey, study research for basis of formulating policies, as well as to improve current trends on training and career development;
- Review policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and of handouts/lectures/materials/manuals on training and career development;
- Perform other related functions.
