Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review project estimates and government estimates for contract works;
- Prepare government estimates for major contract works;
- Attend pre-bidding conference for proposed contract works;
- Review unit cost derivation for extra work orders and supplemental contract submitted by field offices.
- Review unit cost derivation for all local minor contract as well as forced account works submitted by field offices;
- Update Estimating Manuals; and
- Perform other related functions.
