Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake repair and maintenance work on wooden fixtures such as replacing broken hinges and locks, worn-out boards or other defective parts;
- Fabricate wooden cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, door jambs, etc;
- Renovate existing and construct new structures within the complex;
- Perform finishing work such as polishing, varnishing or painting;
- Perform other related functions
