Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and updating of the agency's corporate plan;
- Collect and analyze data on corporate performance indicators; maintain the data files
- Assist in the review of sectoral thrusts and strategies;
- Gather information and materials regarding internal and external policies, program and factors affecting agency operations;
- Assist in the preparation and updating of the long-term indicative irrigation development program; collect data/information as needed;
- Gather and analyze data needed for projecting status of irrigation development and rice production;
- Gather data/information needed in the preparation of policy, position and issue papers;
- Gather and evaluate agro-socio-economic data for use in planning; and
- Perform other related functions.
