Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports and other reports required by various agencies and financing institutions;
- Oversee/monitor the material testing and quality control activities to attain quality of work in various on-going construction and rehabilitation.
- Oversee the conduct of pre-completion project inventory and review completion report for project nearing completion;
- Supervise and oversee the conduct of the Contractor’s Performance Evaluation System (CPSES);
- Conduct field inspection to determine/monitor actual project status and quality control;
- Update methods established to improve present monitoring and reporting system;
- Perform other related functions.
