Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review the formulation of plans and development schemes of irrigation and other resources development projects;
- Direct the review of detailed layout, designs, cost estimates and feasibility reports of project under study;
- Direct the review of loan proposal for project financing and technical assistance, term of reference for consulting services, periodic reports, project briefs, profiles, and briefing materials;
- Perform other related functions.
