Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the review and evaluation of construction schedules, contractors’ claims, statistical and progress reports submitted by the contractors and field offices and make recommendation, if necessary;
- Supervise the formulation/updating of guidelines in the processing of contractors’ claims to facilitate payment and monitor same to field offices;
- Coordinate the delivery of NIA furnished construction logistic requirements;
- Supervise the preparation of vouchers for the payment of contractors’ accomplishment and other approved claims;
- Review documents relative to civil works;
- Conduct periodic inspection of on-going and completed projects to verify conformance with the contract documents; and
- Perform other related functions.
