Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct recruitment, selection and placement of applicants to appropriate position that will fit their qualification;
- Participate in the administration of revised policies in personnel mechanisms relative to the functions of the section;
- Conduct research, special study or survey designed to improve existing compensation;
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of plantilla of personnel and statistics on personnel strength HR profile / inventory;
- Coordinate with the DBM, CSC, Office of the President, CES Board and IUG corporations relative to the concerns of the section;
- Review documents on promotion, transfer and deployment;
- Supervise the processing of salary adjustments due to length of service, across-the- board increases, etc.;
- Supervise / review / check the preparation of communications / memoranda / office circulars / replies to various queries which involve interpretation of laws, rules and regulations;
- Perform other related functions.
