Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer & connect telephone calls to different local telephones;
- Receive & report all complaints of direct & local telephones;
- Announce thru paging system all required message & information;
- Prepare letter request re: installation of new direct/local phones & all reports on communication services of the PABX unit;
- Prepare & file PLDT monthly telephone bills of project, tenants & NIA-CO;
- Perform other related functions.
