Duties & Responsibilities:
- Direct formulation of recommendations in determining medium and long term corporate objects;
- Direct the preparation of agency’s corporate plan and formulation of corporate strategies;
- Design master plan and contingency plan in implementing strategic alternatives;
- Undertake policy formulation and review;
- Formulate and recommend policies relating to information technology;
- Supervise formulation and implementation of the information of the systems plan of the agency;
- Supervise the planning and development of computerized information systems and application systems/programs;
- Supervise development of the agency’s databases;
- Direct preparation of the irrigation program responsive to infrastructure program of the government;
- Coordinate with other entities on matters relating to irrigation development and other programs and budget for capital investment;
- Perform other related functions.
