Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide services related to collection of data/information, dissemination, sharing and access to various corporate data/information available in the network;
- Receive, review, and control data/information, and documents for input and publication in the intranet;
- Sort and identify deficiencies in source documents for data encoding and return to them to person responsible if needed;
- Monitor data/information update of the agency’s intranet content;
- Assist in orientation and training of users on the use of the agency’s network and intranet;
- Perform other related functions.
