Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation of plans on capability development of field staff on the formation and development of irrigators associations;
- Coordinate with the regional staff in identifying and analyzing the training needs of field staff;
- Supervise the preparation of training designs and materials for field staffs’ capability development program;
- In coordination with the regional offices, supervise training programs for capability development of field staff;
- In coordination with other sections of the division, supervise preparation, regular review and revision, if necessary, of operation manuals for organizing and development of field staff;
- Review performance evaluation of field staff and recommend measures to improve performance;
- Perform other related functions.
