Duties & Responsibilities:
- Management of incoming and outgoing documents from EWBS vault storage which includes leave cards, service records, daily time records, supplies, materials, and other essential documents;
- Code and file materials and important documents for easy retrieval when needed;
- Preservation of important documents to maintain organizational records and ensure their integrity and accessibility;
- Maintenance of cleanliness and orderliness of the EWBS vault/storage to enhance productivity and accessibility
- Conduct regular inventories and disposal of inactive documents and materials within the EWBS Vault/storage following organizational policies; and
- Undertake any other duties to be assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring the flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the EWBS
