SUPERVISING RECORDS OFFICER
- Supervise the receipt, delivery, reproduction, filing, binding, documentation of official documents and records;
- Direct the coding/filing of materials and important documents such as Administrative issuances, contracts, personnel files, etc.;
- Supervise the classifying and appraising records for inventory and disposition;
- Review the formulation of records retention and Disposal Schedule as guide to all disposition action on records;
- Direct the preservation of important documents for future use;
- Review and recommend measures for the revision of the RRDS, the preservation and protection of all records;
- Review and recommend measures for the improvement of methods, practices relative to filing, servicing files and disposition of records.
- Perform other related functions.
