Review and evaluate technical documents such as the Program of Work (POW), Project Completion Report (PCR), Monthly Coded Reports, and other submissions from the field offices;
Assist in supervising the monitoring engineers, ensuring the timely review and processing of technical documents;
Oversee the nationwide monitoring of CARP-IC project implementation, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with established standards and timelines.
