Supervise the evaluation of on-going contract in relation to the approved construction schedule;
Prepare Change Order, Extra Work Orders and Supplementary Contract based on recommendation submitted by Head of Project Office for proper action by higher authorities;
Check construction schedules submitted by Contractors in accordance with specifications for approval of higher authorities;
Conduct field inspection and evaluate civil works contracts;
Prepare reports regarding status of projects under contract;
