Review, check, and evaluate the submitted Feasibility Study Report, detailed design, and Program of Works of CARP-IC regular funds for various sub-projects from regions assigned as monitored engineers and process/recommend approval/notation by the Project Manager;
Process SAA Requests for various approved/noted POWs of sub-project submitted from regions;
Conduct validation for proposed sub-projects submitted by Regional Officers;
Review, check, evaluate, and consolidate monthly and quarterly progress reports submitted by CARP-IC funded projects;
Conduct periodic field inspections and monitoring of various on-going construction projects as well as the completed projects; and
Do other duties from time-to-time assigned by Supervisors.
