Check and review the Program of Work (POW) submitted by Regional Managers for the repair and improvement of irrigation systems and recommend revisions when necessary;
Check, evaluate and monitor the consolidated monthly progress report of all irrigation systems undergoing repair and improvement;
Check and monitor accomplishment report and recommend financial requirement if still needed to complete ongoing repair and improvement of national irrigation systems;
Check and consolidate statistical records of all repair and improvement of national irrigation systems;
Evaluate guidelines and procedures for the proper maintenance, repair and improvement of national irrigation systems;
