  • Power distribution system, Lighting & power receptacle system, Telephone & communication system, Ventilation & exhaust system, Fire alarm system, lightning protection system, Motors & electrical controls, etc.)
  • Formulate electronics communication related standards, norms, guidelines and administrative policies for the economical, efficient and effective management of electronics and telecommunication resources/facilities;
  • Review/study status or performance of electronic telecommunication devices and equipment for appropriate recommendation/proposals towards improvements of maintenance programs and services;
  • Supervise the group of electronic technicians/operators in providing repair and maintenance services of electronics and communication equipment and facilities;
  • Conduct/update inventory of all electrical and communication equipment; create an equipment information system through computerization of all pertinent data;
  • Perform other related functions.
