SENIOR INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICER A

  • Guide / advise lower-level personnel on more effective methods and techniques in personnel transaction works;
  • Review interpretation of applicable rules, regulations and opinions regarding personnel; on matters such as those involving appointment, promotion, protest, and other related works;
  • Review initial evaluation / analysis conducted on the appointment, promotion, transfer, deployment, protest, complaints, queries, etc.;
  • Prepare reports, memoranda and official communications of complicated nature involving research and interpretation of procedures and guidelines;
  • Conduct survey, study, research for basis of formulating policies, as well as to improve current personnel trends;
  • Review personnel policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and preparation of handouts / lectures / materials / manuals;
  • Perform other related functions.
