Prepare quarterly report on O and M of NIA for database management information system;
Analyze progress of O and M activities (target vs. actual) of NIS and pinpoint deficiencies/discrepancies and recommend measures of improvement if necessary;
Conduct periodic field inspections to verify progress of O and M activities and recommend solutions to problems encountered;
Evaluate monthly O and M reports and prepare a draft of a memorandum to the Head of Operation and Maintenance of irrigation systems, calling their attention to the discrepancies/deficiencies noted in the submitted report;
Evaluate the Program of Work (POW) submitted by the Regional Managers for repair and improvement of national irrigation systems and recommend revisions when necessary;
Prepare a consolidated monthly progress report of all irrigation systems undergoing repair and improvement;
Check, monitor, and evaluate the monthly accomplishment report of irrigation systems with ongoing repair and improvement against the approved program of work and recommend measures for system improvement;
Assist in the drafting of guidelines and procedures for the proper maintenance, repair, restoration, and improvement of national irrigation systems, and
