Prepare quarterly report on O&M of NIS for database management information system;
Analyze progress of O&M activities (target vs. actual) of NIS and pinpoint deficiencies/discrepancies and recommend measures for improvement if necessary;
Assist in the conduct of periodic field inspection to verify progress of O&M activities and recommend solutions to problems encountered;
Collate and consolidate vital information from O&M Report of NIA to be publish in the Annual Report;
Evaluate monthly O&M reports and prepare draft of memorandum to the Head of Operation and Maintenance of irrigation systems calling their attention on the discrepancies/deficiencies noted in the submitted reports;
Evaluate irrigation efficiency of NIS considering water requirements, irrigation losses, methods of water distribution and utilization of rainfall;
