Assist in the review of reconnaissance and feasibility grade designs, layouts and quantity & cost estimates of all appurtenant structures;
Undertake field evaluation of proposed project sites including sources of construction materials.
Check the derivation of unit cost and power benefit, the listings of equipment needed in the construction of the proposed projects including operation and maintenance cost;
Review drafts of plans and estimates to form part of feasibility report;
