Prepare quarterly report on O & M of NIS for database management information system;
Analyze progress of O & M activities (target vs actual) of NIS and pinpoint deficiencies/discrepancies and recommend measures for improvement if necessary;
Assist in the conduct of periodic field inspection to verify progress of O & M activities and recommend solutions to problems encoountered;
Collate and consolidate vital information from O & M Report of NIA to be publish in the Annual Report;
Evaluate monthly O & M reports and prepare draft of memorandum to the Head of Operation and Maintenance of irrigation systems calling their attention on the discrepancies/deficiencies noted in the submitted report;
Evaluate irrigation efficiency of NIS considering water requierment, irrigation losses, methods of water distribution and utilization of rainfall; and
