  2. Prepare Bills/Collection Statements Re-Casecnan Water and Energy;
  3. Analyze Accounts Payable, Investments, Prepayments, Guarantee Deposits/Advances to Contractors and NIA-Consult, Inc.;
  4. Perform other related functions.
