- Arrange official appointment of the Manager;
- Interview and screen callers and visitors;
- Take dictation and transcribe notes;
- Encode correspondence, reports and other documents;
- Prepare clerical reports and maintains office files and records;
- Transmit and follow-up orders and request of the supervisors;
- Keep an appointment calendar for the Manager: schedules appointments and reminds his/her appointment;
- Perform other related functions.
