SECRETARY A

  1. Arrange official appointment of the Manager;
  2. Interview and screen callers and visitors;
  3. Take dictation and transcribe notes;
  4. Encode correspondence, reports and other documents;
  5. Prepare clerical reports and maintains office files and records;
  6. Transmit and follow-up orders and request of the supervisors;
  7. Keep an appointment calendar for the Manager: schedules appointments and reminds his/her appointment;
  8. Perform other related functions.
