Receive and entertain visitors of the Department Manager;
Answer and make phone calls for the Department Manager;
Maintain the orderliness of the Office of the Department Manager like replenishing needed office supplies, rearranging his office; monitoring the cleanliness of his office and other related duties;
Take charge of incoming and outgoing communications for initial / signature of the Department
Manager and routing same to concerned division / section / unit;
Maintain necessary records of incoming and outgoing communications for the department;
Communicate with the Department Manager wherever he is on urgent official matters;
