  • Receive and entertain visitors of the Department Manager;
  • Answer and make phone calls for the Department Manager;
  • Maintain the orderliness of the Office of the Department Manager like replenishing needed office supplies, rearranging his office; monitoring the cleanliness of his office and other related duties;
  • Take charge of incoming and outgoing communications for initial / signature of the Department
  • Manager and routing same to concerned division / section / unit;
  • Maintain necessary records of incoming and outgoing communications for the department;
  • Communicate with the Department Manager wherever he is on urgent official matters;
  • Perform other related functions.
