SECRETARY A
- Arrange schedules and keep calendar of official appointment for the Manager, and remind schedules of appointment;
- Take dictations and transcribe notes;
- Encode reports, correspondences, messages and memoranda;
- Receive and transmit messages; answer routine correspondences independently;
- Interview and screen callers and visitors;
- Maintain office files and records;
- Perform clerical works, orders and requests from supervisors; and
- Perform other related functions.
