  1. Keep an appointment calendar for the Department Manager, schedule appointments and remind as such;
  2. Take dictation and transcribe notes;
  3. Encode correspondence, reports and documents;
  4. Answer routine correspondence independently;
  5. Prepare clerical reports and maintains office files and records;
  6. Screen callers and interview visitors;
  7. Transmit communications and facilitate orders and requests from the Department Manager and Corporate Lawyers;
  8. Perform other related functions.
