SECRETARY A

  1. Receive and record correspondence, notes and other pertinent papers and keep official and confidential files;
  2. Keep daily records of schedules of official appointments, meetings and other activities of the ED manager;
  3. Take note/dictation and transcribe official as well as private communication and help in the preparation of speeches or message as directed or dictated;
  4. Arrange interviews, receive visitors and callers;
  5. Take care of transmittal of all requests/documents made to or thru the ED manager;
  6. Perform other related functions.
