Prepare and update Medium-Term Public Investment Program (MTPIP), Comprehensive & Integrated Infrastructure Program (CIIP), and Budget Strategy (BS) for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao;
Evaluate project proposal in conformity with the objectives, strategies, goals and thrusts of the agency and national government;
Supervise the preparation of list of sub-projects by congressional district, by province and by region;
Preparation, updating and revisions of budget proposal forms, briefing materials/documents including justification of projects included in the proposed capital outlay;
Preparation and updating of profiles on various presentation materials for use in meeting with DA, DBM, Congress and lending institutions;
Supervise the preparation of DBM and BP forms with justifications per project for the proposed funding requirements;
Prepare consolidated quarterly work and financial plan and the agency performance measures;
Prepare the realignment of funds and request for additional funds including justifications of projects in the approved GAA;
Attend hearings in connection with NIA’s Capital Outlay Program; and
