Assists the Division Manager B for the overall engineering administration, control and coordination of all activities in the implementation of irrigation sub-projects;
Prepare/coordinate with the DAR and PARC the list of identified/validated proposed/priority list of irrigation sub-projects and funding proposal for succeeding years;
Prepare program for the proposed project implementation schedule and consolidate the physical status of the proposed projects;
Supervise the evaluation of Feasibility Study Report submitted by field offices and release budgetary requirement/ASA request after the review and approval of Program of Work (POW);
Supervise, monitor, and evaluate progress report of project implementation of ongoing irrigation subprojects;
Undertake/conduct field inspection, validation and evaluation of all work accomplished on all completed/ongoing irrigation project nationwide;
Prepare communications to DAR/PARC and PMS or to the Regional/Irrigation Management Offices; and
