Do liaison work to GSIS, BIR, Pag-ibig, CSC, DBM, and other agencies;
Deliver applications for different kinds of loan to GSIS and receive checks employees on loan made, retirement and make official transactions for the Agency of NIA;
Sort communications for delivery to concerned Agencies;
Deliver all official communications to concerned agencies;
Maintain records and statistics of official documents delivered;
