  1. Preparation and monitoring of Institutional Development Program of CARP-IC
  2. Evaluates the functionality and training programs of the organized Irrigator’s Association (IAs)
  3. Facilitates field visits, regular updating of IA masterlist of farmers
  4. Extends proper guidance to association members and officers relative to their duties, rights, and obligations for continued growth and development
  5. Assist in the evaluation of the monthly accomplishment reports of the sub-projects
  6. Assist in the annual validation and evaluation of CARP-IC Most Outstanding IAs and
  7. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
