Industrial Relations Management Officer A

1. Participate in the implementation of policies, rules and regulations pertaining to various
    personnel transactions;
2. Interpret applicable rules, regulations and opinions regarding personnel on matters, such as
    those involving appointment, promotion, protest, and other related works;
3. Do initial evaluation/analysis conducted on the appointment, protest, complaints, queries, etc.;
4. Propose personnel policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and prepare
    handouts / lectures / materials / manuals;
5. Perform other related functions.
