Industrial Relations Management Officer B (COS Status)

1) COS Wages

  •  Assist the HRMO IV in facilitating the processing of payroll and remittances;
  • Prepare payroll and vouchers for wages every after 16th and 1st working day of the month;
  • Prepare first payment vouchers for every new COS personnel; and
  • Compute deductions for absences, lates, and undertimes (if any).

2) COS Remittance

  • Prepare monthly contributions for COS personnel such as HDMF and Phil-Health; and
  • Prepare Tax Remittances to BIR.

3) Monitor DTR-HRD Copies;
4) Prepare memoranda regarding Practice of Profession;
5) Overtime Services Payroll Processing

  • Calculate overtime compensation for all personnel (regardless of employment status);
  • Verify overtime authorization forms against attendance records;
  • Process overtime payment vouchers.

6) Perform other related functions as may be assigned.
