Industrial Relations Management Officer B (COS Status)
1) COS Wages
- Assist the HRMO IV in facilitating the processing of payroll and remittances;
- Prepare payroll and vouchers for wages every after 16th and 1st working day of the month;
- Prepare first payment vouchers for every new COS personnel; and
- Compute deductions for absences, lates, and undertimes (if any).
2) COS Remittance
- Prepare monthly contributions for COS personnel such as HDMF and Phil-Health; and
- Prepare Tax Remittances to BIR.
3) Monitor DTR-HRD Copies;
4) Prepare memoranda regarding Practice of Profession;
5) Overtime Services Payroll Processing
- Calculate overtime compensation for all personnel (regardless of employment status);
- Verify overtime authorization forms against attendance records;
- Process overtime payment vouchers.
6) Perform other related functions as may be assigned.
