  1. Analyze/ evaluate compliance by Central Office/Regional/Project personnel to established systems, procedures and guidelines on employee benefits/welfare;
  2. Audit leave card/s of retiring CO employees;
  3. Prepare reports on claims on benefits for review of Immediate Supervisor;
  4. Check processed papers/documents involving transactions on benefits including supporting documents;
  5. Conduct researches as basis of formulating policies on benefits;
  6. Perform other related functions.
