Industrial Relations Development Officer A (Casual)

  1. Participate in the implementation of policies, rules and regulations pertaining to various activities on training and career development;
  2. Interpret applicable rules, regulations and opinions regarding employees’ training and career development;
  3. Evaluate/analyze candidate’s qualification for training;
  4. Propose policies and programs, flow charts, standard operating procedures and prepare handouts/lectures/materials/manuals on training and career development;
  5. Perform other related functions.
