HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OFFICER IV

  1. Plan and direct recruitment, selection and placement of applicants to appropriate position that will fit their qualification;
  2. Participate in the administration of revised policies in personnel mechanisms relative to the functions of the section;
  3. Conduct research, special study or survey designed to improve existing compensation;
  4. Supervise the preparation and maintenance of plantilla of personnel and statistics on personnel strength HR profile / inventory;
  5. Coordinate with the DBM, CSC, Office of the President, CES Board and IUG corporations relative to the concerns of the section;
  6. Review documents on promotion, transfer and deployment;
  7. Supervise the processing of salary adjustments due to length of service, across-the- board increases, etc.;
  8. Supervise / review / check the preparation of communications / memoranda / office circulars / replies to various queries which involve interpretation of laws, rules and regulations;
  9. Perform other related functions.
