Direct formulation of recommendations in determining medium and long term corporate objects;
Direct the preparation of agency’s corporate plan and formulation of corporate strategies;
Design master plan and contingency plan in implementing strategic alternatives;
Undertake policy formulation and review;
Formulate and recommend policies relating to information technology;
Supervise formulation and implementation of the information systems plan of the agency; coordinate with NCC on various requests under the computerization program of the government;
Supervise the planning and development of computerized information systems and application systems/programs;
Supervise development of the agency’s databases;
Direct preparation of the irrigation program responsive to infrastructure program of the government;
Coordinate with other entities on matters relating to irrigation development and other programs and budget for capital investment;
